Francis Wolf Executive Chef at Manoir Hovey

Chef Wolf has been an integral part of Le Hatley Restaurant's kitchen team at Manoir hovey since 2001. He began his culinary apprenticeship in his home province of Quebec, going on to hone his skills at celebrated New York's restaurant under the auspices of chefs like Alain Ducasse, Daniel Boulud and Charlie Palmer, and later in San Francisco with Gary Danko.

Caroline McCann has a diploma from the ITHQ and has put her talent on display in many of Canada’s most renowned establishments including the Méditéranéo in Montreal and Ontario’s One the Twenty, Wellington Court and Peninsula Ridge. Graduating as an international chef in 1982, Veronica Kaczmarowski has since delighted clients in Australia, Europe and Canada, becoming chef/owner of the Restaurant Le Cartier/Pub Saint-Malo in 2013. She has also distinguished herself as a naturopath, a speaker, a healthy alimentation coach and an expert on food intolerances.

Kévin Belisle Spa Eastman's Executive chef

Renowned for his commitment and his responsible approach to a healthier society, Kévin Bélisle is the head chef at Spa Eastman. His mandate is to satisfy his clients while providing them with gastronomical euphoria which he pushes to a whole new level with his knowledge of alimentation. He has been a chef for over fourteen years and has spent one in France to perfect his art. In 2013, he received the Chef santé title at the SCCPQ 60th Gala.

Owner of Patrice Pâtissier in Montreal where he can share his passion and his new creations, Patrice Demers has hosted the show Les Desserts de Patrice on Canal Vie since 2010 and has already published three cookbooks.

Co-host of Chef à la Rescousse on Zeste Channel, Jonathan Garnier founded with his brother the prestigious cooking academy La Guilde Culinaire in Montreal. Since its beginnings, the school has become a reference in its own domain and was featured in various TV shows.

Now co-owner of her own restaurant with partner Mathieu Cayer-Brunet on Wellington Street in Sherbrooke, this rising star has left a positive impression everywhere she’s been.

Marie-Fleur owes her recent notoriety to her work as chef of the successful Tapeo restaurant, but also to the publication of her cooking book “Les Tapas de Marie-Fleur” and her cooking show “Marie-Fleur et ses tapas”.
