Le Pavillon des dégustations welcomes you from 11AM to 6PM with more than 300 Quebec products to discover.

Every day, the Magog-Orford Wine Festival presents music shows at the Bistro SAQ, culinary demonstrations at Académie gourmande Provigo, Dégustation VEGAS, children’s entertainment in Zone des petits raisins and one novelty: the visit of a vineyard in virtual reality.

Opening night SUMPTIOUS OPENING NIGHT DINNER COCKTAIL

Three chefs prepare about fifteen mouthfuls full of flavor. Winegrowers give good wines. Musicians take care of the musical ambiance. An evening full of flavor and pleasure. For each ticket sold, $ 20 will be donated to the Christian Vachon Foundation.

Circus of the stars offers interactive workshops to introduce children to juggling, balancing, trampoline and clownish follies. / A delicious mix of humor and science. Funny cooks present scientific experiments with food. The youngsters will be able to repeat these funny recipes at home with their parents. Watch out for the gaffes! / A true magician in make-up, Mimi Papillon transforms children's faces into a work of art in just a few minutes.

Culinary workshop for children

Children cook their own homemade pizza. They roll the dough, spread the sauce and garnish their work with their favorite ingredients. After cooking time, they eat their meal and can even share it with their parents, if they want, of course! Nothing like having both hands in it to learn the art of cooking.

L’Attelier Archibald reinvents comforting classics in a gourmet way. L'Attelier Archibald welcomes families in a post-industrial setting with a touch of fantasy. Chef Martin Gagnon will prepare a smoked salmon from La Boucanerie d’Henry with Little Red Riding Hood whiskey candied onions.

Ariane Vaillancourt

The girl from the Eastern Townships, Ariane Vaillancourt, offers a textured music, rich and intimate. Her songs evoke images of a real movie soundtrack. Ariane Vaillancourt won the Audace and Coup de cœur du public awards at the Festival en chanson of Petite-Vallée. Her music is soothing and vast, her lyrics, poetic and sincere. A perfect music to listen with a drink in the hand.

Happiness and well-being ... This is a combination quite in the wind. The Magog-Orford Wine Festival offers an outdoor rhythmic yoga session. Long live free kitchen! Since 2005, Chef Bob cracks down on the web with his “Culinary anarchy”. His goal: to introduce young people to the culinary arts. On a humorous, sometimes irreverent, but never pretentious tone, he publishes on his blog, simple and economical recipes and unusual and wacky news connected to the kitchen. Chef Bob will cook Québec pork chops with Caséal maple candied onions.

Already chef and owner of Plaisir gourmand in Hatley, Éric Garand proposes a menu and an accessible but always tasty wine list at his new address on Main Street West in Magog. With his wife sommelier, Jinny Dufour, they created a welcoming place. Year 1855 represents the formation of Magog’s first municipal council. Eric Garand will cook a beef tartare.

Amélie Larocque

Amé wrote the song of the year at the 2016 ADISQ Gala: Ton départ from Marc Dupré. The singer-songwriter also signed the lyrics of two songs on the 2Frères first album. This summer, she presents the works she keeps for herself. In an electro-pop atmosphere, Amé delivers her songs, accompanied by a synthesizer and two chorus singers. A real artist to discover before the launch of her next album this fall.

Marie Bélisle met the general public at La Voix IV on Pierre Lapointe’s team. This girl from the Eastern Townships was previously sacred “Coup de Coeur” at Magog’s 2005 “Découvertes de la chanson”. In between, she completed a bachelor’s degree in jazz at the University of Montréal. The Marie.Bel Akoustic Band now gives a lounge-like color to the great jazz standards and classic pop songs.

Florence K. transposes on stage the human experience and literature found in her narrative Buena Vida which sold nearly 20,000 copies in just one month. It is at the piano, and with the complicity of the guitarist Yves Desrosiers, that she opens the doors of this journey at the end of herself. With this show, the artist invites spectators to discover her world in an intimate setting.
